This service provides multiple man crews and vehicles with hydraulic tailgate, to pickup and/or pack and deliver sensitive product. Upon arrival our crews will also co-ordinate with the receiver to unpack, clean, position on site and remove/dispose of rubbish.

When necessary, we will conduct a pre-evaluation inspection of those difficult sites, prior to arrival of vehicles. This is done to ensure that the correct equipment and manpower is available and that an accurate, all-inclusive quote is issued if necessary. If additional equipment is needed, such as cranes, cages, forklifts and floor protection etc. these will be pre-arranged by Hi-Tech Express.

This service also provides a vehicle with a hydraulic tailgate but manned by only one man. It is designed for delivery of large items, which are packed and remain packed through to the delivery point such as a loading dock.

As per above services (Rite On Site and Tailgate) vehicles can be dispatched from pickup point, directly to destination any time of the day or night. This service is mostly used to destinations where there are no tailgate facilities or expertise or where time is of the essence.

We also have the capability to store product in our secured premises around Australia for a period of time in the event that your customer is not ready to take delivery. A full inventory control system is in place and regular reports can be supplied as required.

On occasions where product is not packed Hitech Express use various types of packing, depending on type of equipment carried and various client requirements. Consideration is always given to variations in distance travelled, road conditions and mode of delivery.

Soft packing - Bubble plastic (anti static if required) and felts are used for cosmetic protection and stretch wrap to seal against dust.

Hard packing - A variety of re-useable crates, skids and cages are available as well as purpose designed and built crates if required.
